Jack Boy - Year One

My little monster is about to turn two and I cannot believe it. Would you be annoyed if I said, "It feels like I was just pregnant!" Okay then I won't say it, but just so you know- I'm thinking it. At the same time so much has happened since this babe arrived. Here's a highlight of the last two years, which have been amazing.

Since I'm that annoying Mom and take pictures nonstop, I've broken this post into two parts - year one and two. Obvs from the title of this post you are about to learn about Jack's first year. Oh and remember how I said this post was a picture overload? It doesn't even compare to this one. But anyway, here it is - Jack B's first year.

Birthday
Jack was born at 2:28 am February 26, 2011
He was 7 lb. 7 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long
Grandma and Grandpa arrived to meet him on his birthday and stayed for three weeks (which was beyond amazing).

Meeting Mim
Mim came to visit and meet Jack April 2011


First Easter
G came to Utah to meet Jack and celebrate Jack's first Easter with us.

My First Mother's Day
We went to the tulip festival and Jack "met" Uncle Billy.


First Trip to Texas
This was when Jack met Aunt Hannah, Aunt Lauren, Gramme, Aunt Lindsay, Uncle Justin, Hunter and the Powell girls - it was quite the trip.



Baby Blessing
Garrett blessed Baby Jack in our home on June 12
Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Hannah, Aunt Lauren, Claudia and Eric Fossum, Lindsay Allen Shields, Chris Hair, Travis Orton and our Bishopric were in attendance.
